This page will be dedicated to one of my favorite things!  Smoothies!  I love making smoothies whenever the mood strikes or I don’t have time for much else.

ABC Smoothie

Almond butter, Banana, and Chocolate!  ABC!  Clever name dontcha think?  This smoothie can be breakfast, lunch, dinner, whenever you want!

It is packed full of good for you stuff, plus the fact that it tastes AMAZING helps a little bit.  It is super rich and delicious and the smile on your face as you are drinking it, unfortunately will turn into a frown, because once it is gone, you will wish for the power of automatic refill!  It is filling and will keep you full for quite a while (which I have found is hard with other types of smoothies.  Especially fruit smoothies).

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1 frozen banana

1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Blend in a blender until smooth (about 30 seconds I would say).
